Meet The Team
Ola is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise and credentials. She holds a degree in Economics and is a graduate of the prestigious Cornell-Queen’s Executive MBA program. As the first Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) in Alberta, Canada, she also holds certifications as a Certified Business Architect (CBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), and Certified Cybersecurity Analyst (CCA). Additionally, she is a Chartered Director from McMaster University in Ontario.
With over 20 years of experience, Ola specializes in strategy, digital transformation, innovation, performance management, and career consulting. A respected leader and author, she is also a skilled facilitator, instructor, and public speaker, seamlessly integrating real-world experience with superior instructional abilities to deliver exceptional value. A strategic thought leader, Ola excels in bringing structure to complexity, unlocking business value, and driving meaningful transformation.
Marlene is a dedicated contributor to both the business and non-profit sectors, leading and championing complex strategic initiatives that drive lasting, positive change. With extensive experience as a senior management consulting manager at a multinational professional services firm, she brings a wealth of expertise in guiding organizations toward their goals.
In her role as Director, Americas Western Regional, Marlene holds a seat on the Global Chapter Council and proudly serves as a founding member of the Leadership Program at the International Institute of Business Analysis, a renowned global nonprofit organization.
Akin is an experienced cybersecurity leader, having served in various organizations. Prior to ValCon, he acted as virtual CISO for a healthcare organization with more than 30 locations. His career experience spans cybersecurity consulting, architecture and design, risk management and cybersecurity strategy design, implementation, and operations across cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments. With a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Information Management from Manchester University UK, Akin boasts over 18 years of experience and holds certifications including CISSP-ISSAP, CBAP, BRMP, Cloud Computing Auditing, TOGAF, CMMC Professional, and Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
Diekola is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Business Analysis and Business Architecture. She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, complemented by a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
As a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and certified Business Architect (CBA), Diekola possesses additional certifications in TOGAF and BRMP. Her diverse career has spanned across various industries, including oil and gas, public sector, financial services, manufacturing, and utilities

Jide is an experienced IT professional specializing in Software Quality Assurance & Testing, with a proven track record across industries such as finance, telecom, oil & gas, and government. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Logistics from Birmingham City University, England. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, Jide has successfully led and implemented comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-performing, secure, and reliable software solutions. Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, he is actively pursuing industry-recognized Cybersecurity certifications to enhance his expertise and stay ahead of evolving security challenges.
Eni holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Mount Royal University, Alberta, Canada. He is currently an intern at ValCon Inc., specializing in business, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and socioeconomics. With a strong understanding of digital concepts, including digital content analytics, Eni is passionate about enhancing customer digital experiences to drive innovation and business value. He holds certifications in Data Analysis, ChatGPT, Artificial Intelligence, and Google Analytics.
Fehintoluwa is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK) with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Henley Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom. She is deeply passionate about leveraging process improvements and digital transformation to enhance risk management.
Fehintoluwa is also a candidate at Yale University, where she aspires to pursue a Ph.D. in Management, furthering her dedication to advancing knowledge and innovation in the field.
Tife holds a degree in Biochemistry and is currently pursuing a second degree in Public Health Management in Canada. With extensive experience in business operations, including international exposure, Tife specializes in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and client management.
Tolu is a Chartered Accountant currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Athens in Greece. She holds an M.Sc. in Finance and a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos. With over five years of experience in finance consulting at KPMG, one of the Big Four firms, she has developed extensive expertise across various industries and functions, including accounting, finance, process optimization, forensic analysis, and risk management.
Tolu has a proven track record of leadership, project management, and analytical problem-solving, complemented by strong report-writing skills. She is committed to delivering value-driven solutions to clients while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Oluseye is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects across industries. A certified trainer with PECB (Canada), PTLLS (UK), IASP (USA), and ITF (Nigeria), he specializes in Project Management, Risk Management, Business Process Improvement, HSE, and Quality Management. He holds multiple certifications, including PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, Certified Lead Risk Manager, ISC2 Cybersecurity Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, and NEBOSH IGC. Oluseye earned a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Lagos, a Shell Special Intensive Training Program Certificate from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and is an alumnus of the MBA program at Nexford University, USA, and Lagos Business School’s OMP. With a strong background in leadership and operational excellence, he continues to drive business transformation and risk management strategies.
